Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
The short version. We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical details that help us block spam. We use it to run the waitlist, count votes, answer messages and tell you when pre-orders open. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and we don't set tracking cookies. Email [email protected] and we'll delete your information.
Who we are
The Snug Collection is a small business based in metro Atlanta, Georgia. We are forming a company; when we do, these pages will name it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean The Snug Collection. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address and the answers you choose to give: what you're interested in, your look votes, where your HomeView will live, whether you have one and its color, what you think of our planned prices, and any note you write. We also record the referral code in the link you arrived from, if any, and a random share code for your own link.
When you send us a message: your email address, your message and the page you sent it from.
With either form: your IP address and browser type, which we use to spot and block spam.
When you visit: our hosting provider keeps standard server records, and we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and, according to Cloudflare, does not collect visitors' personal data.
On your device: the site saves your share code and whether you've joined in your browser's local storage, so your share link stays the same. This stays on your device; only the share code is sent to us, with your sign-up. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter out bots.
How we use it
- To run the waitlist and count votes and referrals.
- To email you about pre-orders, launch dates and shipping. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To answer your messages.
- To block spam and keep the site secure.
- To understand, in aggregate, which looks and products people want.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of you.
Who helps us run the site
We use a few service providers. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, provides the domain and email forwarding, and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
- n8n receives form submissions and stores the waitlist and messages.
- Google provides the inbox where our email is delivered.
When we start sending launch emails we may add an email delivery service, and we'll update this page to name it. If you use the "Save to Pinterest" or share buttons, the service you share to handles that under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and message records only as long as we need them for the purposes above. If we decide not to launch, we'll delete the waitlist. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to leave the waitlist. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's law; we honor these requests for everyone.
Our site doesn't track you across other websites, so it doesn't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security and location
The site uses HTTPS, and only the people who run The Snug Collection can see form submissions. No system is perfectly secure. We're based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects information we already have, we'll tell the waitlist by email.
