The short version. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Our products are still in development, so the pictures are 3D renderings and the prices are planned. We're an independent business and not affiliated with Apple. Please don't misuse the forms or copy our designs.
Who we are
The Snug Collection is a small business based in metro Atlanta, Georgia. We are forming a company; when we do, these pages will name it. "We" and "us" mean The Snug Collection. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The waitlist
Joining is free and doesn't create any obligation to buy. We'll email you about pre-orders, launch dates and shipping, and you can leave at any time. We may close or change the waitlist.
Votes and share links
Votes help us decide what to make, but the final choice of products, colors, timing and quantities is ours. Your share link lets us count the people who join through you. Unless we publish separate written rules for a specific offer, share links don't earn prizes, payments, discounts or other rewards.
Product information
Our products are in development. Images are 3D renderings of our designs, not photographs, and the finished products may look different. Colors, materials, dimensions, features, prices and dates may change. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When pre-orders open, those purchases will have their own terms covering payment, shipping and returns.
Apple
We make accessories designed to fit Apple HomeView™. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple and HomeView are trademarks of Apple Inc. Using our accessories is up to you, and we'll describe fit and compatibility as accurately as we can once we've tested on real units.
Our designs and content
The designs, renderings, text, logo and the The Snug Collection name are ours. You're welcome to share links to our pages and to share our images with a link back to us. Please don't copy our designs, make or sell look-alike products, or use our name or images in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Using the site
Please don't submit someone else's information, flood or automate our forms, try to get around our spam protection or security, scrape the site, or post anything unlawful or abusive. We may ignore or remove submissions that break these rules.
Ideas you send us
We love suggestions. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
